Bosch Climate Solutions GmbH

Bosch Climate Solutions GmbH is a wholly owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH based in Stuttgart. It was founded in 2020 as a result of the Bosch Group's company-wide sustainability strategy (further information can be found at sustainability.bosch.com).

Building on this experience, the sustainability consultancy Bosch Climate Solutions was founded in order to make the knowledge gained and the tried-and-tested decarbonization strategies available to other companies. Originally launched with a clear focus on the development of carbon footprints and climate strategies, the consultancy's portfolio has continuously expanded since then. Today, the team of around 20 people also supports companies in areas such as the creation of product carbon footprints, compliance with regulatory requirements such as the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the development of water strategies.

The consultancy sees itself as a practical implementation partner for medium-sized industrial companies and combines sound sustainability expertise with industrial know-how and technical depth. Thanks to its close ties to the Bosch Group, many years of experience and innovations from various industries flow into the consultancy.

For Bosch Climate Solutions, climate protection and biodiversity are closely linked fields of action, as the increasing loss of biodiversity - just like climate change - poses a systemic risk for companies. The consultancy therefore aims to systematically integrate biodiversity into its own portfolio, develop synergies with existing climate and environmental approaches and make a long-term contribution to a nature-positive transformation in the SME sector. By becoming a member of the “Biodiversity in Good Company” corporate network, the company aims to exchange ideas with other committed players in order to exploit synergies, share best practices and develop a joint impact.
