'Biodiversity in Good Company' Initiative has a new board

Nov 9th, 2017. The delegates at the Annual Members' Meeting of the 'Biodiversity in Good Company' Initiative on 8/9 November 2017, hosted by HeidelbergCement AG in Heidelberg, Germany, elected a new board for a two-year term. The board, comprised of five members, assumes strategic leadership of the Initiative. Dr. Stefanie Eichiner from UPM was re-elected Chairwoman of the Board.

Pascal Bunk, Knauf Gips KG, who joined the board in 2015, now acts as the Deputy Chairman, Dr. Detlef Matz, Werner & Mertz, treasurer, was confirmed in office. Stefanie Kaufmann, HeidelbergCement, and Sascha Liese, Symrise, were newly elected.

Many thanks go to very committed previous members of the board who did not run for office again - Alexander Bartelt from Hermes (Otto Group), Holger Biller, Weleda, as well as Edgar Endrukaitis, GIZ.
