Our Motivation

• To maintain a long-lasting successful tradition in the field of corporate responsibility, especially in the field of environmental protection.
• To make a public commitment to the topic of biodiversity with the intention to encourage other companies to take part.

Our Focus

• Organic cotton projects since the mid-1990s.
• Implementing a timber sourcing strategy to prevent the use of endangered tree species or depletion for the manufacture of furniture.
• Using responsibly-produced paper material for catalogues as well as recycled and FSC-certified paper for internal purposes.
• Climate protection strategy in order to preserve and balance our eco-systems.
• Supporting the project 'Cotton made in Africa' and thus, contributing to the promotion of sustainable agriculture in the Sub-Sahara region.
• Michael Otto Foundation for Environmental Protection: protection and conservation of waters and wetlands.
